Leogan Castle has always been well known for its opulent and eye catching events. Despite the Earls infamous distaste for 'traditional hospitality', the calendar is filled with entertainments and cultural events that are sure to please and surprise event the most seasoned society afficionado. Join us for one of our closed events (invitation is essential) or choose to take your chances and participate as one of the 'uninvited'.

The Feast of Indulgence
October 15 2025
'The Feast' as it is more commonly known locally, celebrates the munificence of the 4th Earl. Known for his generoristy to thos eless fortunate. He was often known to donate serfs to lesser Barons, and would on occasion pass on his 'prime nocte' rights often allowign them to be undertaken by those of the lower gentries orders.
Lowping
Easter 2025
The Lowping, held annually, celebrates the bravery and selfless ness of the women of the parish. Young women gathe rto leap from the cliffs at High Tide in teh hope of catching the eye of a well heeled, or landed gentleman, thereby improving their 'opportunity'.
The Earls Dinner
23 Dec 2025
The Earls DInner is an opulent, enormous and yet exclusive affair. Land Owners across the county travel to the castle, in traditional hand drawn carts, bringing a portion the produce and wealth generated over the previous year. This 'tithe' is used to prsent a formal and extravagant banquet.
